Unlike common backup power systems based on VRLA, Li-ion batteries, and generators, Emmesh is based on a proprietary technology of closed-loop rechargeable energy storage device.

FOUNDER

A full professor in the department of chemistry at Bar Ilan University (Israel) (www.zitoulab.com) and a member of the Energy Center at the Bar-Ilan Institute of Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials (BINA), David has contributed to advance the field of nanomaterials, electrochemistry, batteries and sensors. David has published > 100 peer-reviewed articles, applied for 10 patents and delivered >30 invited talks.

ADVISORS

Ian electrochemical engineer and battery expert with over 30 years of experience, Ian developed Regenesys ® energy storage technology to 120MW commercial demonstrator plants in the UK and USA. Ian then funded Potential Reactions Limited, a leading battery, electrochemical engineering, and energy storage consultancy with international clients in battery development.
